Artist to Watch: Adam Stark

Meet Adam Stark, an up and coming artist hailing from Denver, Colorado. Last night, Adam invited me to come see his DJ set live at Beta Night Club in downtown Denver. I had never heard Adam play and knew Beta as an EDM club that I frequent, so I took him up on his invitation. I was expecting it to be a very slow night at Beta. I arrived at the club around 10:30. There weren't too many people in the club, but the few who were there were dancing and enjoying themselves while having a drink or two. Adam had an opener who was throwing down, so I was thoroughly enjoying myself through the opening set.

However, as soon as Adam Stark took over the DJ booth, the energy in the club shifted tremendously. People started packing in around the DJ booth and you could tell the party had started. All of a sudden, Beta was full of people and full of life. The thing about Adam Stark is that when he plays a set, he finds that interaction is key. Adam really knows how to get a crowd going. He has an incredible stage presence that captivates the audience and sends out a blast of passionate energy. Adam Stark has an inherent ear for blending tunes to set the mood and flawless transitions between songs. If you're looking for a new artist to follow, definitely consider giving Adam Stark a listen.
