The tantalizing aroma of food beckoned us to Main Street, where we devoured a slice of "spicy pie." Serendipity led me to cross paths with Alyssa, better known as The Corporate Raver. Energized by the encounter, my husband and I donned our festival attire, retrieved our flow toys, and immersed ourselves in the pre-party, entranced by Easy Baked's musical prowess. Drained from the day's adventures, we nestled into our cozy camp, anticipating the wonders that lay ahead.

Day Two:

The Festival Awakens - House of Plur and Ethereal Explorations

Amidst the electric atmosphere, I had the honor of hosting a meet-up for House of Plur alongside my co-host, Josue. It was exhilarating to connect with fellow festival-goers, sharing our excitement and anticipation. We relished CID's captivating set at Tripolee before embarking on an ethereal journey within a tent filled with six gongs, their resounding echoes transporting us to otherworldly dimensions. My husband and I explored the enchanting Sherwood Forest, reveling in its mystical allure. As he joined his flowmies, I ventured to witness SG Lewis' enthralling house and disco set, an experience that would forever hold a special place in my heart.

Day Three:

Capturing the Magic - House of Plur's Instagram Takeover

Empowered by the vibrant spirit of Electric Forest, I took charge of House of Plur's Instagram account, allowing me to share the festival's enchantment with an online audience. Immersed in a sonic haven of bass-heavy sets at the bass rush stage, I divided my time between the pulsating energy of Tripolee and the captivating art scattered throughout the forest. Amongst the plethora of remarkable performances, Illenium's set resonated deeply, tugging at our emotions. As night fell, we concluded the evening with Ganja White Night, dancing under the starlit sky, lost in the rhythm.

Day Four:

Personal Explorations - Dreams and Beats Collide

Saturday gifted my husband and me with an opportunity to immerse ourselves in the festival's offerings together. Our adventure led us to the surreal Dream Machine, where actors adorned in fantastical costumes breathed life into a vivid dreamlike experience. The melodic beats of ISOXO and Elohme ignited our spirits, yet it was the mesmerizing Zeds Dead set that stole the show, commanding the crowd's energy and leaving us awe-inspired.

Day Five:

Weathering the Storm - Unyielding Spirits

As the final day approached, an impending storm loomed on the horizon. Foreseeing the challenges ahead, we packed up our belongings, ready to face the elements. The festival's emergency broadcast prompted everyone to secure their camps and seek shelter. Battling the raging winds and relentless rain, we retreated to our car just in time. Witnessing the chaos from a safe distance, we debated whether to return, and ultimately, our unyielding spirit drew us back. We rejoined the festivities, finding solace in Madeon's breathtaking performance and culminating the weekend with the euphoric sounds of Above & Beyond.
